Ap\u00f3s uma tentativa de vida religiosa nas Concepcionistas de Tremp, que deve abandonar por motivos de sa\u00fade, e guiada por s\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 Manyanet, ingressou, em 1877, no Instituto que este havia fundado em 1874, as Filhas da Sagrada Fam\u00edlia. Ao come\u00e7ar o noviciado em Horta (Barcelona) recebeu o nome de M.\u00aa Encarnaci\u00f3n; professou em 23 de abril de 1879; pouco depois foi nomeada superiora da Casa Noviciado.<\/p>\n

Enquanto isso, abrem-se o col\u00e9gio San Jos\u00e9, de Barcelona, e a escola paroquial de Sant Joan de Vilatorrada. O Fundador confiou-lhe a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto, que ela conduziu com prud\u00eancia e responsabilidade at\u00e9 1905. A partir deste ano, a Serva de Deus viver\u00e1 nas comunidades de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 e no col\u00e9gio Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de los \u00c1ngeles dedicada \u00e0 ora\u00e7\u00e3o, dando testemunho de caridade e contemplando e tornando vida as virtudes de Nazar\u00e9.
